About
I started my career as a software engineer, which gave me a deep appreciation for the technical constraints and creative possibilities that shape great products. After five years in engineering, I moved into leadership — managing engineering teams and running delivery for complex, cross-functional programmes.
For the past five years I've been a product manager, bringing that end-to-end perspective to every problem: I can read a codebase, run a sprint, and facilitate a discovery workshop on the same day. I care most about shipping things that genuinely improve people's lives, and about building the kind of teams that can do that sustainably.
Outside of work I'm interested in systems thinking, behavioural economics, and anything that sits at the intersection of technology and human behaviour.
