I ship products that engage
Products I've taken from an idea to live users, close reads of products I admire, and the decade behind it all.

How I work
four habits- Find the riskiest assumptions first. Discovery with the domain experts before building the spec. The thing most likely to kill the plan gets tested before the thing easiest to build.
- Prototype, don’t just spec. Working prototypes engineers build from directly
- Evidence before engine. Evals, ground truth, human review, threshold gating
- Say no. Having the product judgement to know what to cut, ROI vs effort modelling, and the safety to protect it
- Measure what matters. Stickiness and adoption, not velocity
